SHIPPING TIME
In-stock orders typically ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking number within 1-2 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is UPS/FedEx/DPD. It may take 3-10 days for your shipment to be scanned by UPS/FedEx/DPD. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by CURENTA are estimates.

SHIPPING
CURENTA offers a variety of shipping methods as listed below as well as free ground shipping on many of our products. Any items that qualify for free shipping will be identified on the product listing page. Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages. For orders with a value of €200 or more, a signature may be required. If you would like to waive the signature requirement, you must let a representative know as soon as possible at 1-818-858-7258.
Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped.
Any orders in need of replacements due to shipping errors or damages in shipment will be sent out via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited.
We understand that often professional installation is desired. However, we strongly suggest that you wait until you have received and verified the condition of your order before scheduling any work to commence with your new CURENTA products. While we strive to provide the best quality products and expect a high level of service from our third-party carriers, we recognize that at times a product or particular delivery method does not meet our standards or quoted delivery date. Due to unforeseen issues potentially occurring, we strongly suggest that you wait until you receive and verify your products as we cannot be held responsible for delays in scheduled work.

Currently, we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US(Except Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico), Other areas are free delivery, such as Europe, etc. And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

International
Depending on where you’re located, CURENTA may be able to ship a purchase internationally. Please submit a case so that we can check the rate and service area to confirm if shipment is possible. International orders may take 5-15 business days for shipping.
International orders will be subject to customs clearance.

SHIPPING CHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATION
Before shipping
Order Cancellation: If you cancel the order that was placed in 2 hours, the processing fee will not be charged. If a customer ordered the wrong model and wants to place a new order, after the second order is received, the original order will not be charged any processing fee.
If you cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet, 8% of the LiFePO4 battery cost will be charged as a processing fee.
Change of Address: No charge fee.
Replacements and exchanges: If the customer does not place a new order or the total amount is significantly lower than the original order, a 10% processing fee of the original order will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Customer will be charged 4% fee by cancel the order within one extension, Customer canceled orders that are postponed twice or more will not be charging any fee.
After shipping
Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the LiFePO4 battery cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of €150 (€200 in Canada). CURENTA will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package.
Or the customer may also choose self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself. More information is provided on Refund Policy - Model Replacement & Return Part.
Change of Address: If you successfully change your address, €20 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you may refuse the package and 10% of the LiFePO4 battery cost will be charged as a reshipping fee. And the costomer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of €150 (€200 in Canada).
Replacements and exchanges:
A)If you successfully exchange the item, €20 will be charged as a processing fee.
B) If you fail to change, you may reject the package and 10% of the LiFePO4 battery cost will be charged as a reshipping fee.
C) If you fail to reject the item and still want to cancel the order, 10% of the LiFePO4 battery cost will be charged as the processing fees and the costomer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of €150 (€200 in Canada).
ORDER TRACKING
You can track your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered one on curentasro.myshopify.com. If you haven't registered on our site, you can also track your order here with your order number. For more shipping information, send an email to info@curentabattery.com. We will get back to you in 24 hours.
If you haven't received the bike, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days. Otherwise, after 3 working days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.
